Where we ship
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and to all 27 European Union countries.
Delivery charges
- UK standard delivery: £3.49
- UK orders over £20: free, applied automatically at checkout
- European Union: £14.99
Dispatch times
Orders are printed and packed within 3 to 5 working days. We don't dispatch at weekends or on UK bank holidays.
Delivery times
UK orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 working days from the date you order. EU orders typically take 10 to 18 working days, depending on the destination and local customs handling. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and busy periods such as Christmas can add time.
Packaging
Posters are printed on 260gsm glossy photo paper and sent unframed, packed to protect them in transit. T-shirts are sent in protective packaging.
Customs and import charges for EU orders
Orders travelling from the UK to the EU may attract import VAT, duties or a handling fee on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. We can't predict or refund them.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days for the UK, or 25 working days for the EU, email keenan3d@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it up.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll always try to help.
